Fortnite Week 4 is set to add new ways to level up fan Battle Passes, as well as providing a special new item. Fresh Season 4 Challenges will go live later today, probably around the same
time as Epic Games release a new update. These new tasks can be completed by anyone with a Battle Pass, and help to unlock new tiers and cosmetic items. Week 4 has a total of seven new
challenges to complete, some of which are harder then others. Dealing 1,000 damage with Assault Rifles to opponents is one that earns you five Battle Stars, and probably means less hiding in
bushes. For those who are more stealth oriented, there’s plenty of other activities to take on, such as searching 7 Ammo Boxes in a single match. Another includes visiting the center of
different Storm Circles in a single match, as well as performing one trap elimination and taking down opponents at Snobby Shores. However, it’s usually the location based Challenges that get
the most attention. In Week 4 there are two Challenges that stand out for this task; Searching chests in Wailing Woods, and searching between a bench, Ice Cream truck, and a helicopter. And
as mentioned above, the new Fortnite Week 4 Challenges won’t be the only new things to check out this week. Epic Games have confirmed that they are ready to release the Jetpack, an item
that was delayed earlier this year. Dataminers took a closer look at the Jetpack when it was first revealed as being in development by Epic Games Reports earlier this year claimed that the
Fortnite jetpack will use fuel, and may require certain items to recharge. According to those who recently delved into the game files, a new Week 5 Challenge is being cooked up that will
require the use of the Jetpack. EARN FORTNITE REWARDS WITH SEASON 4 BATTLE PASS By grabbing the new item, players will be able to earn five Battle Stars toward their Season 4 Battle Pass.
According to dataminers, the description for a new LTM called ‘Close Encounters’ includes details on how it will run. “Close quarters combat with Shotguns & Jetpacks! If you find a
jetpack, double-tap the jump button to take off,” the description reportedly reads. “Keep the button held down to apply thrust. Make sure to land before it runs out of fuel!” The new
Fortnite update will be going live at around 1pm, BST, and will also boast official patch notes. This is where will find out about all the new things Epic Games have included in their latest
content patch.
