Star wars 9 leaks: snoke scene reveals real name? Destroys this theory

JJ Abrams set up the character of Snoke in The Force Awakens. The shadowy villain fast became a fan favourite and there was a huge amount of speculation regarding his powers and origins in

the build-up to The Last Jedi. Unfortunately, Episode 8 pulled the rug from under fans (and the character) with a shock sudden exit. Whatever side of the ensuing fan backlash you lie on, his

death made a certain dramatic sense but left fans hanging, desperate to know more. Can Abrams and his love of flashbacks finally reveal the real Snoke? The latest leak describes concept art

from two Snoke flashback scenes. Obviously, bear in mind these are not official descriptions and can not be verified until the movie is released. Regarding the first, it says: "Supreme

Leader Snoke without his injuries in a red and black cloak with fine blond hair and blue eyes. He is standing in a conference room of some kind. "The next (image) goes over a rear shot

of Snoke looking over many high profile individuals in seats with what appears to be Leia in the distance. It is described as 'Evandor Snoke presents his speech.’" Yes,

that's right: Evandor Snoke. The leak continues: "‘The next (image) goes over Snoke, Kylo and Hux leading hundreds of stormtroopers and At-Ats. It is described as: ‘Evandor Snoke:

The Rise of The First Order.’” There have been numerous reports that Chris Terrio and JJ Abrams will be going over Snoke’s back history and revealing his full name. This draws parallels with

how the Emperor was slowly fleshed out as a character, backed up by the spin-off novels and other Star Wars materials. Snoke, of course, was created by Abrams and there is much discussion

over whether he had major plans for the character, which were derailed by Rian Johnson killing off the First Order Leader in The Last Jedi. If true, this leak completely undermines many

major theories about Snoke. In the novelisations, Snoke declared he had seen the rise and fall of the Galactic Empire. It was also revealed that Snook had been watching over Ben Solo (later

Kylo Ren) ever since he was in Leia’s womb. Many fans theorised that Snoke was the mysterious Dark Side force Palpatine had sensed and been searching for in the regions of Unknown Space

during the Aftermath novels. Many others have been eager to discover whether he was actually secretly Darth Plagueis, who had been hiding after being apparently killed by his apprentice

Darth Sidious (Palpatine). The new leak appear to suggest Snoke was actually a prominent member of the previous galactic order, known already to Leia. Whatever turns out to be true, one
