Liz Hurley left her fans aghast as she stripped down to a skimpy hot pink bikini and relaxed in a sauna. The actress, 58, looked a mere fraction of her age as she flashed a smile at the
camera while showing off her jaw-dropping figure. Liz is currently at a luxury health resort for a detox, telling her 2.8 million Instagram followers: "Good morning @vivamayrmariawoerth
May the exercise, detox and healthy eating commence." Her celebrity friends were quick to praise her, with model Abbey Clancy calling Liz's photo "absolute perfection".
Tamara Mellon, founder of Jimmy Choo, commented: "Wish I was with you! Need it!" Fans also joined in with the compliments. One said: "You already look the perfection of health
and fitness!" Another added: "Beautiful lady! Gets better like fine wine!" A third fan was left speechless, saying: "I have no words," while a fourth commented:
"Looking as lovely as ever!!" A fifth fan called Liz: "One of the most beautiful goddesses to ever walk the earth." The VIVAMAYR Maria Worth resorts are known as one of
the toughest detox programs in the world. Celebrities like Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Rita Ora, and Nicole Scherzinger are all reported to be fans. Rebel Wilson reportedly visited one to
kickstart her “year of health” when she turned 40 and lost five stone. Liz has been to one before, crediting the “brutal” week-long detox for helping her regain her mojo back in 2018.
Despite looking fabulous, Liz admitted that it takes a lot of effort to keep her figure trim. She previously visited the Lake Wörth Hotel in Austria and followed the clinic's signature
“the cure” plan, which uses natural salts from the lake as part of a detox programme established nearly a century ago. Once at the resort, guests must stick to a strict diet of just 600
calories a day, with no gluten or dairy. Epsom salts and enemas are used to aid the process, along with medications to reduce body acidity. Abdominal massages, mind-body therapies, and
lessons on things like proper food chewing for efficient digestion are also included. Sharing a throwback photo of her stay at the swanky retreat, which sets visitors back by around £3,500
per week, Liz shared enthusiastically: "Four days into my detox @vivamayr taking 'the cure'. It's brutal but I'm beginning to get my mojo back. Hopefully on my way
to a healthier me." The challenging experience has not deterred her, and she's joined the flock of celebrities who revisit the detox haven yearly. Years later in 2024, she
exclaimed: "Austria here I come... on my way to @vivamayrmariawoerth where I hope to learn more about trying to get as healthy as possible. When I first visited this clinic in 2010,
even though it's quite tough there, I always feel a whole heap better by the end. Will report back."
