Amanda Owen left Lorraine Kelly speechless with her candid remarks about life with nine children and a cheeky dig at her ex-husband Clive during a recent interview. The couple, who became
favourites on Our Farm Next Door and Our Yorkshire Farm, parted ways three years ago after 22 years of marriage, leaving fans to follow their journey at Ravenseat Farm in North Yorkshire.
Now featuring in Channel 4's Our Farm Next Door, Amanda joined Lorraine to discuss her hectic lifestyle. The conversation quickly turned lively as she questioned her decision to have
such a large family, stating: "Why have I got nine children? Because I never set out to have nine children." She continued, reflecting on her family size: "It was never a big
dream to have a big family that didn't come from anywhere." With a touch of humour, she added: "Believe me, there was never a sit-down moment where we said, 'Let's
try and repopulate Swaledale.'". Despite the challenges, Amanda mentioned that her children are a source of positivity and entertainment, though they can be quite a handful:
"They run me ragged. They drive me mad.", reports the Express. In a light-hearted yet frank admission, she remarked: "I haven't got anything to complain about. Well, I
have, obviously, Clive for a start... Yeah you can tell Lorraine we're in perfect f****** harmony." The camera then cut away to show Clive, seemingly unfazed, operating a tractor
in the distance. Amanda also stated: "I complain about him. I complain about the state of the houses. I complain about the kids throwing things everywhere. I complain about the sheep
that this lamb belongs to." Watch Lorraine on ITV1 at 9 am on weekdays and you can stream it on ITVX. _GET ALL THE LATEST CELEBRITY AND TV NEWS STRAIGHT TO YOUR INBOX BY __SIGNING UP TO
