as humankind reached the moon Shahrazad is his 1001st bride and her gift of storytelling enables her to weave spellbinding tales every night to entrance the king, staving off her death.
Malachi MacKean, 15, who plays King Shahrayar, said the production had "moments where you feel real tension and really feel for the characters on stage".
The show will be performed at the Earl Arts Centre on August 1-2 at 6pm and on August 3 at 2pm. Bookings can be made at trybooking.com or at Queechy High School's performing arts building (B
