The Ladies Head Coach will be responsible for ensuring the high performance of our Ladies 1st XI, whilst also supporting the Ladies 2nd team squad and working closely on the development of
our high-performance juniors, of which we have many. The individual will be expected to deliver engaging and midweek training sessions for both Ladies 1st and 2nd team squads. You are
encouraged to bring fresh ideas to sessions and develop areas required to improve performance based on weekend analysis. You will be expected to all home games and travel with the team to
away games. You will also be expected to support our mid-week Junior Performance Academy sessions and have an input into planning and delivery of our thriving Sunday training programme,
whilst not always needing to be present. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to work with a team that has been established for a number of years. You’ll also be expected to
help drive recruitment from the outset You must have prior coaching experience at a comparable level and have the ability to create real opportunities for developing young players to advance
REMUNERATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Miimum Level 2 qualification Competitive salary, linked to experience and coaching qualifications. Ideally First Aid Qualified ideally with
