National Strategies, including Officiating. As in previous years, this strategy is written to cover a 4-year period and is always written post consultation with key stakeholders in the
Umpiring and Technical Officiating world. England Hockey will work with the OWG for this input and allow Area Officiating Committees to input via their representative on this group for
further versions of the Strategy.
