WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CURRENT HUAS AND THE WAY THEY OPERATE FOR THE NEXT YEAR If tasks have been delegated to the current County HUAs, then they would be asked to operate within these specific
roles. For other activities outside of any agreement, then the HUA would be asked to stop as all governance for Officiating lies with the relevant Area Officiating Committee and the Area
Company. HUAs do not have to cease immediately, as the transition regulations allow a period of time (up to 31st December 2022) to properly finalise assets / liabilities and close the
association in accordance with their constitution.
