WHAT ARE THE PLANS WITH EXISTING HUAS AT BOTH REGION AND COUNTY LEVEL? In the original timeline advertised, existing HUAs would still be able to provide a service to their members for the


2020/21 season. Saying this all appointing responsibilities will be delivered through the Area Officiating Committees, so the membership “offer” needs to be clearly defined by HUAs looking


to provide services to their members over the 2021/2 season. By the end of the 2021/22 season, we would like the transition plans for County HUA’s to be finished so all Officiating groups


operate within the governance structure starting in June 2022.
