the other eight convicts tomorrow. A former regional director of the animal husbandary department, KN Singh and two other ex-officials of the AHD, BB Prasad and KN Ram were among the nine


convicted in the RC 29A/96 case. This was the 35th of the 53 fodder cases to have been ended in conviction since the Rs950 crore scam was unearthed in the 1990s in undivided Bihar.
