DESIGNER'S OWN WORDS: Micanbloom is a paper craft game kit for all ages which consists of 5 of 10 cm recycled paper mikan oranges.There are five different paper mikan with five seperate
features. These mikans can bloom with some different crafting tecniques.You could peel, slice vertically and horizontally to make them bloom as Haiku flower poem textured blossoms. I got
the inspirations from paper folding art Pepakura and Haiku poems which are well known both in Japan and around the world.I wanted merge this with Matsuyama's famous fruit mikans.Mikan
could bloom in various types and become blossoms in different tecniques.Some has magnets to hold together, some must be cut out tobe shaped as a flower. some is a game as pick a haiku a
day(dahlia)...So It has been a paper game for everybody. Mikans that could transform to paper flowers.You can peel,slice, chop them like real life. Peeled paper roses A blooming lotus flower
as layered papers one inside another. You can cut out each segment and turn 360 degree to get your custom flower.Also you could display them on mikan skins. Horizontally sliced mikan shaped
dahlia flower.Pick each layer,curl it like cone and repeat it 123 times more.There are flower themed haikus on paper.So you can pick your daily haiku every day. Magnetic mikan slices .Take
one and flip reversely and do it 9 times more.You will have a cactus.Then some of thorns can be opened like blooming a flower. This is how packaging is.And also there are peeling-off details
of mikans.Just pull the strings on them.
