STRUCTURAL FORM THAT SITS PROUDLY WITHIN ITS SETTING. façade above the lightly-colored base, is A RIGOROUS MODULAR SYSTEM OF ALUCOBOND PILASTER STRIPS. the element’s diagonal folds draw


attention to the structure’s façades and instill a sense of vigorous rhythm. the light-colored cladding gives the base a simultaneously massive and uniform aesthetic INSIDE, A LARGE,


LIGHT-FILLED ATRIUM PAIRED WITH SEA-GREEN PAINT GIVES THE INTERIOR A SENSE OF LIGHTNESS. an open staircase provides connection between all floors, and the atrium itself serves as a foyer for
