BRITISH AIRWAYS STEWARDS WERE LEFT STUNNED IN MID-FLIGHT WHEN THEY OPENED A TOILET DOOR TO FIND A COLLEAGUE 'STRIPPING OFF AND DANCING IN THE TOILET' AFTER AN ALLEGED DRUGS BINGE

22:45, 30 May 2025Updated 22:48, 30 May 2025 A British Airways steward is alleged to have been found dancing completely in the nude following a drugs binge. A crew member said the man was

"was stripping off and dancing in the toilet" and was "completely out of it" according to reporting from the Sun. They called the alleged actions of the man, who is

reportedly suspected of using drugs prior to the incident, "dangerous". With 470 passengers to attend to, fuming fellow crew members went without breaks to cover their allegedly

raucous colleague, who was discovered naked in a business class toilet. The steward, a male, is said to have gone missing on board the flight from San Francisco to London’s Heathrow airport

and colleagues tracked him down to the Club World cabin loo. After his alleged bad behaviour was discovered, he was escorted to first class and then buckled into a seat for the rest of the

journey, which still had over 10 hours to go. Article continues below Cops were alerted by BA bosses and officers met the aircraft to arrest the man when it landed at around 11am last

Sunday. The man received medical attention and was taken from the Airbus A-380-800 in a wheelchair. One worker said according to The Sun: “We think the guy popped pills when he was meant to

be working. It is an extraordinary thing to do. The plane was cruising at 37,000ft over the Atlantic, but this bloke seemed to be higher than anyone else. “Rather than asking passengers

‘chicken or beef’, he was stripping off and dancing in the toilet." The worker reportedly said to the same outlet that he was 'out of it' adding it was a long time before they

were found. “Not only is it really dangerous, it is a crazy way to end your BA career. This job can do ridiculous things to people, but staging a one-man disco in a Club World toilet is a

new one on me.” The Daily Star has approached BA and the Metropolitan Police for comment. Reports indicate the steward has been suspended from duty by BA as an investigation continues. This

week ,British Airways were among businesses named by the Government for failing to pay some of their staff the minimum wage. The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) released a list of

518 employers and businesses that underpaid workers over several years. It means pay for some staff fell short of the national minimum wage, or the national living wage, which is what the

Government calls the minimum wage for those aged over 21. In total, nearly 60,000 people had been left out of pocket, the DBT said. BAs was named for failing to pay £231,276 to 2,165

workers. A spokesman for BA said: “Back in 2017, an audit revealed we had accidentally slightly underpaid some of our cabin crew who joined us between 2014 and 2017 during their first two

months of employment. Article continues below “We apologised and issued backdated payments several years ago.” _FOR THE LATEST BREAKING NEWS AND STORIES FROM ACROSS THE GLOBE FROM THE DAILY
