LEE JOHNSON WAS IN CHARGE AT EASTER ROAD WHEN JAKE DOYLE-HAYES WAS CROCKED 15:11, 30 May 2025Updated 15:12, 30 May 2025 Ex Hibs star Jake Doyle-Hayes has started legal proceedings against
his former club over an injury sustained following a tackle by then manager Lee Johnson. The Irishman is now playing for Sligo Rovers but is suing the Edinburgh club with lawyers acting on

Johnson, leaving him requiring surgery. And it’s understood the player, who left Hibs by mutual consent in January 2025, has taken legal action. The case at the Court of Session was called
on Wednesday, with Doyle-Hayes represented by Thompsons Scotland LLP. The legal firm say the Irish footballer’s career has been “greatly restricted” by the injuries suffered. Article
