By NIOMI HARRIS FOR MAILONLINE Published: 10:41 EDT, 11 November 2020 | Updated: 11:00 EDT, 11 November 2020 Ella Eyre cut a casual figure on Wednesday as she took her dog for a walk in
Manchester. The pop sensation, 26, dressed down in a loose-fitting blue shirt and checked trousers as she enjoyed some time outdoors before later heading to film scenes for The Voice UK.
The Came Here For Love hitmaker appeared in a good mood as she happily strolled down the street with her pet pooch. Ella rounded off her low-key look with a printed white T-shirt and chunky
white trainers, adding a touch of blind with gold earrings. The chart-topper swept her tresses up into a neat bun, while she showcased her natural beauty by keeping her make-up to a minimum.
It was announced it March that Ella, alongside Jesy Nelson, Ellie Goulding and Shania Twain would be joining as guest mentors to help the judges whittle down the acts for the semi-finals.
Ella's outing comes as she recently revealed that she believes her ex once dumped her because she was 'making more money' than him. The pop star was joined on the final
episode of The Truth Flirts - the YouTube series from dating app Badoo - by Netflix's Too Hot to Handle's, Kelz Dyke and Activist, Char Ellesse, to chat money and dating, power
dynamics and who pays on a first date. Ella Eyre, who did not specify which ex-boyfriend she was speaking about, went on to discuss dating somebody with similar success and the possibility
of it creating resentment. 'I think I've been broken up with because of it, but not because of my money situation,' she explained. 'Where you're making more money,
and the other person feels insecure about that, and can't handle the fact that you are the higher paid in a pair, and I think that was one of the reasons why that relationship
ended.' She continued: 'I think ultimately there is always going to be one that is more successful than the other - it's just how you deal with it and which way round it
is.' Ella went on to highlight the importance of her dating somebody who likes their job, regardless of how much they’re earning. She added: 'It just says so much more, you’ve
found your thing, you enjoy it and you’re ambitious towards working to a different level.'
