order against him for alleged abuse just days after he claimed she carried out a bloody attack on him with a knife. A judge in Texas ordered Chet Hanks to stay away from Kiana Parker after

she claimed he had been physically and verbally abusive towards her for several months.  The order, dated January 14, was issued just days after Hanks, who is the son of Tom Hanks and Rita

Wilson, claimed in a newly surfaced video that he was attacked with a knife by Parker at his home in Sugarland, Texas on January 8. The revelations come as the pair are embroiled in a messy

legal battle that has involved them both leveling allegations of violence since their relationship ended earlier this year.     RELATED ARTICLES Parker said she got the temporary restraining

order against him in January after he allegedly assaulted her multiple times starting in October last year.  She alleges one incident took place at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans

where Hanks was shooting the Your Honor TV series.  Parker claims Hanks grabbed her by the wrists and arms when she tried to leave the hotel room, threw a beer bottle at her and then chased

her down a hallway in his boxers. She alleges that Hanks told her no one would believe her about the alleged assault because she was a 'ghetto black b**tch' and he was 'Chet

Hanks'.   Parker's attorney, D'Angelo Lowe, said she has contacted Hanks' famous parents over her restraining order against their son.  She has taken to social media

repeatedly in recent days to share an image that reads: 'My Life Matters, So I Spoke Up. Domestic Violence Survivor.'  In a newly surfaced video obtained by TMZ, Hanks can be seen

with blood dripping down his face after he alleged Parker hit him with a knife.  Parker, who could be seen in the video holding a cooking pot before appearing to lunge at him, denies the

allegation and claims that Hanks pushed her. 'Wow, now you're trying to flip the story?' he tells the camera. 'There's the proof.  'She's mad cause I

caught her stealing. Stealing my money. Taking my credit cards and charging her rent to them.'  RELATED ARTICLES He claims she came to his home with three men, including one who was

armed with a gun.   Hanks filed a lawsuit against Parker following the alleged altercation, which he says occurred after he broke off their relationship when he caught her stealing.  The

actor and musician, who has a daughter from a previous relationship, is suing her for assault and battery and theft.  Parker, however, claims the incident unfolded when she came to his home

with movers to collect her belongings.  She alleges that Hanks was antagonizing her and that he grabbed a knife.   Parker claims she grabbed the pot in self defense, swung it at him and then

fled the house.  She has alleged that Hanks followed and attacked her on the street until someone intervened.    The revelation of the video and lawsuits comes just days after Hanks was

lambasted on social media after declaring that 'white boy summer' is on the way. 'I just got this feeling, man, that this summer, it's about to be a white boy

summer,' he said in a video on his Instagram.  'Take it how you want. I'm not talking about Trump, Nascar-type white boy summer, I'm talking about me, Jon B, Jack
