DanaInfra Nasional Bhd is finalising plans to issue a 1.5billion ringgit ($490.6 million) sukuk tranche by mid-Novemberto finance the Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) mass rapid transit(MRT) line,
with one portion to be marketed as retail bond asraised in the federal budget for 2013 announced last week. The issuance, part of the 8 bln ringgit Islamic commercialpapers/Islamic
medium-term notes (ICP/IMTN) programme signed inearly July, will see one fifth of the value, or 300 mln ringgit,being floated as a retail bond, said an official involved in theissuance. ----
