BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT HOSTS ANT AND DEC WERE QUICK TO APOLOGISE AFTER A RUDE REMARK WAS UTTERED BY BRUNO TONIOLI 20:49, 31 May 2025Updated 20:56, 31 May 2025 Ant and Dec were forced to
act quickly and issue an apology to viewers at home over 'offensive' language during Saturday night's Britain's Got Talent final. And the culprit was judge Bruno Tonioli,
who quickly realised his error live on air. Having taken charge of every single series of BGT since it started back in 2007, the Geordie presenters have been back at helm for the new series
of the hit ITV show. And, after weeks of auditions and then five live semi finals, it was the big one this weekend - the Britain's Got Talent 2025 final, as 11 acts bid to follow in
the footsteps of success stories like first ever champion Paul Potts and last year's winner Sydnie Christmas. Ant and Dec's first job of the night was to introduce all the acts
going for glory on the stage at London's Hammersmith Apollo, with their some controversy when they revealed this year's Wildcard act was duo Han and Fran, who narrowly missed out
on making it through their semi final. The reaction to the judges' handing them a second chance was mixed to say the least on social media, with some critics saying they were the
'worst ever' Wildcard in the history of Britain's Got Talent. An act who got a much more positive reception from fans on X was comedian Joseph Charm and, it was while
delivering his verdict on Joseph's stand up routine that Bruno made a remark that definitely wasn't suitable before the 9pm watershed, as he told the comic: "We were all
pi**ing ourselves." As soon as the judges were done with their feedback, Ant and Dec stepped in to apologise to any viewers who might have been 'offended' by Bruno's
choice of language. The big favourites to win going into the final were Hear Our Voice, the choir made up of sub postmasters caught up in the Post Office Horizon scandal. Bookies had them as
overwhelming frontrunners with hours to go, but, after her performance, Amanda Holden told opera singer Jasmine Rice that she thought she could well be this year's winner, before The
Blackouts fuelled a similar prediction after their brilliant routine. Article continues below JOIN OUR WHATSAPP COMMUNITIES ChronicleLive is now on WhatsApp and we want you to join our
