Shields this afternoon. A blood-stained cloth and vomit can also be seen within the cordon. North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) confirmed that two people have been taken to hospital.


Emergency services were called to a property in the area just before 2.30pm today. Police officers and one paramedic crew were dispatched to the scene. A spokesperson for North East


Ambulance Service said: "We received a call just before 2.30pm today (26 MAY) for a patient in need of help at a private address in the North Shields area. We dispatched one paramedic
