IT HAS BEEN REVEALED NEW LOOK COULD BE CUTTING 100 JOBS IN THE UK, AMIDST A PERIOD OF RESTRUCTURING 15:07, 21 May 2025 New Look could be axing up to 100 jobs in a company-wide restructuring.
The fashion retailer is planning to cut roles from its head offices in London and Weymouth in the future, as it looks to continue its "digital growth strategy." Staff members who
have been affected by these changes have been involved in consultations with the brand, according to Retail Week's report. The announcement comes after it was revealed the company had
received a £30 million cash infusion at the beginning of April to invest in its further digital growth. Shareholders, Alcentra and Brait's investment is to be used to further heighten
the chain's technology in the hopes of optimising the experience for customers shopping online. READ MORE: ASDA SELLING OFF 20 UK SUPERMARKET STORES AND ISSUES MAJOR UPDATE Article

its investment and restructuring programme should help to double the amount of money made from digital orders from £500 million to £1 billion by 2030, as well as increasing its online market
share by 10 per cent by the 2028 financial year. Discussing the future plans of the chain, Chief executive, Helen Connolly said: “Our goal is to be the number one online destination for
feel-good fashion, powered by our loyal customer base and proven digital model. “This new capital injection means we can ramp up our digital operations, enhance customer service, and drive
