completed our experience. "They were very attentive to my allergies and were able to accommodate safely, highly recommended Vaibhavam to anyone." Kunal, a different reviewer,
commented: "Lovely food and very welcoming staff. Definitely a must visit in Birmingham. "We ordered dosas, chicken 65, biryani and chicken fried rice etc. All 10/10." And one
visitor posted: "Delicious authentic food. Lovely service." However, a recent reviewer did not share a positive experience and left their thoughts on Google. Although the customer
praised a number of dishes, the diner was unhappy with Vaibhavam's cash-only policy. The customer said: "They take cash only. "Clean and decent place with fast service.
"Podi dosa and maysore masala dosa were five stars. "Gobi 65, bland and tasteless. I wish I could give zero stars. There was neither salt nor spice. "They take cash only,
it's 2025. Highly suspicious If someone is taking cash only in 2025." The restaurant owner responded: "Cash is considered as a legal tender. "Businesses are generally
allowed to choose whichever payment methods we want. "We mentioned clearly it's our cash only policy on the door and on Google. "If you got issues with it, don't bother
to come and make a bad review. "If you have any taste issue for your gobi 65 you could have informed us either, we would have changed or refunded your money. "We consider if some
customers want it spicy to alter to their palate. "Henceforth kindly judge on the matter of issue and not to something else. "We sold so much Gobi 65 today and we didn't have
any complaints for the whole evening. Article continues below "Kindly bring your bill and we will refund your starter amount. Thank you for your custom."
