2025Updated 09:42, 21 May 2025 Trisha Goddard has revealed she is battling another painful health condition amid her stage four breast cancer diagnosis. The former chat show host and

Celebrity Big Brother star, 67, shared she was struggling with Raynaud's syndrome with her fans. She posted a photo showing her white fingers – a symptom of Raynaud's, which occurs

when the small blood vessels in the fingers and toes, and sometimes other areas like the nose or ears, become overly sensitive to cold and stress, causing a temporary decrease in blood

flow. READ MORE Eamonn Holmes falls off chair live on air before show cuts to ad break Sufferers see a change in color in the area (white, then blue, then red) and can suffer potential

numbness or tingling in the affected areas. Goddard, who believes the Raynaud's could be linked to her cancer treatments like chemotherapy, shared her experience with her followers,

highlighting how the condition has intensified since starting chemo. In her post, she wrote: "Anybody else dealing with pesky Raynaud's? If you do, here's what happens when

you forget to wear gloves when buying frozen food, and then go about putting it in your freezer, duh!". She admitted that although she had experienced Raynaud's mildly for years,

it has become more severe following over a year of regular chemotherapy infusions every three weeks. Trisha added: "Compared to other, um... tings dat be going downit vex me small time,

still...Ouch!!". "Here's herself waiting for the painful fingers to go bright red, then blue, then icily grey/white before they eventually go back to normal!". Trisha

divulged her strategies for coping with her condition, mentioning how she puts on gloves while driving to avoid triggering Raynaud's in her fingers due to the car's air

conditioning. "When I have a cold drink, I use a napkin to hold the glass and so on," she continued. "BUT every so often I forget; the burning sensation starts and my fingers

go painfully numb while they turn the colours of the Union Jack!". Trisha was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 after visiting the hospital for a running injury. Recalling the

emotional moment she was informed of her diagnosis, Trisha told Piers Morgan on his TalkTV show in 2021: "I found out with a laugh and a cry at the same time." She underwent two

operations and explained how she had 'reacted badly' to chemotherapy, adding: " had an ulcerated nose.... mouth. "I already had early onset glaucoma - a condition where

the optic nerve becomes damaged - before my chemo, but the chemotherapy precipitated an eye infection that was very severe and further damaged my eyes. My eyes took a beating." In July

2022, Trisha was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer - also known as metastatic or stage 4 breast cancer - for which treatment is available but there is currently no cure. She was only

diagnosed by accident after a fall at her home saw her go into hospital and doctors discover cancer cells. Article continues below "That was the first I heard that the cancer had come

back. And the first thing I asked was: 'Am I going to die?'" the 66-year-old recalled during a previous interview with HELLO! "It's not going to go away," she

said. "And with that knowledge comes grief, and fear. But I must keep enjoying what I have always enjoyed."
