Review, Ms Rayner added: "I don’t know, but I hope so. "I mean, the Prime Minister has announced it, so logically to me that indicates that the Prime Minister wants to do something

Fuel Payments were issued to all pensioners by the Department for Work and Pensions ( DWP ). The payments are worth up to £300 and are handed out to help with heating bills for winter.
