Long-Term Services and Supports State Scorecard. He contributes to the data collection, validation, and analysis for numerous PPI recurring or stand-alone publications. Before joining AARP,
Lingamfelter served as a volunteer EMT with the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue department. He holds a master’s degree in health systems management (MHA) from George Mason University and a
