teams working on health security, financial security, loneliness, and social connections as well as family, home, and community issues. David has more than 30 years of research experience in
a number of industries and with many Fortune 500 companies on both the client and vendor side. Before joining AARP, she spent 12 years at a corporate multi-hospital network leading their
market research and CRM operations. Next, she moved to a small research firm with a global presence, leaving there to dabble in the Software As A Service (SAAS) space. She holds a master’s
