This 5-minute upper body stretch with coach Farrell Kaufman will open up your sides, chest, back and neck. For this beginner-level class, you’ll start by placing both feet solidly on your


mat, pointing forward, with your knees and legs relaxed. This will help keep any strain or pressure off your spine. Maintain regular breathing throughout and if you feel any resistance,


stretch carefully, making sure not to overextend yourself.
