Welcome to this mat class led by Misty Lynne Cauthen, an instructor for the online streaming platform Pilates Anytime. We will incorporate some of the traditional Reformer exercises into
this quick mat workout, and Misty will demonstrate how to use two towels to assist and challenge yourself during different movements. You will work your entire body, from head to toe.
This beginner-to-intermediate class offers modifications for all fitness levels.

About the instructor Pilates Anytime
Misty Lynne Cauthen has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2001. Since discovering the benefits of Pilates, she has made it her mission to bring the healing, invigorating and
uplifting effects of the method to her clients and friends. She has spearheaded several Pilates programs around the Pittsburgh area and has taught Pilates at numerous prestigious local
institutions, including Point Park University's internationally renowned department of dance and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Misty was certified with the PhysicalMind Institute in 2000
and completed her Peak Pilates certification in 2006.
