Travelling by plane can be a long process, from airport waits to long-haul journey times. Luckily, cabin crew is on hand to tend to passengers and make sure they have everything they need

for the duration of their flight. While passengers in first and business class can expect a more inclusive service, with quality meals, beverages and even special toiletry packs, a cabin

crew member has revealed that other passengers also have a chance of receiving some of the best service on board. However, one passenger disputed this practice, saying they didn’t think it

was fair. The traveller wrote: "I get that you like when people are nice and say hello, but making them wait longer than others just because they didn't is petty, power-trippy and

just as [bad] as not being nice” The flight attendant defended this though, explaining: “I don’t make them wait longer…I just go the extra mile giving good guys drinks, even when I shouldn’t

be.” Brierley advises setting your watch, mobile phone or any other timepiece to the exact time f your destination. “I always set my watch to the time zone of my destination as soon as I

get on the plane,” said Brierley. “I find that the fewer reminders I have of the difference in time zone, the better. “There have been times when I have been feeling great after a flight,

only to look at my watch and realise that it is actually 2am according to my body clock, which inevitably leads to me realising how tired I should be, and then I feel tired.”
