Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, July 8: A man died due to suspected cardiac arrest in Digiana area on city outskirts. “Narinder Singh (43) son of Harbhajan Singh, resident of Batala (Punjab),


was found dead at his rented accommodation in Roop Nagar area of Digiana during the intervening night of July 7 and 8,” a police official said, adding the deceased was carpenter by
