ABOUT
Ana Whitelock is a project manager for the Center to Champion Nursing in America (CCNA), an initiative of AARP Foundation, AARP, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to improve America’s
health through nursing. Ana supports CCNA’s work around advancing nursing education and promoting nurse leadership. Ana started her career at AARP as a graduate school intern in the AARP
South Carolina state office where she directly supported the state director. After completing graduate school, Ana joined the Livable Communities team in the AARP national office in D.C. Ana
earned a master’s degree in both social work and public health, and has an undergraduate degree in social work from the University of South Carolina.
